Styropoxy 7060-4 has a 60 minute working time. This is a 4 gallon kit of Resin (A) and Hardener (B) formula specially created for coating hot wire cut expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam for precast concrete and GFRC molds.
Other applications include concrete mold making by coating models made with hot wire cut EPS foam for a smooth surface from which a rubber or fiberglass mold could be created from.
Styropoxy also can be used on surfaces other than EPS foam including wood and metal.
